The product arrived on time; it was well packaged. One minor disappointment was that the wall-mount setup didn't effectively/properly hold the phone--fortunately the unit could be placed on a nearby stand.
Only thing is, they could have thrown in more ringtones. The base corded set is fantastic, feels strong, has comfortable buttons, and is loud and clear. I have no complaints with the cordless too. I take the phone out of house, and it still works fine, no interference. A good buy.
I've had this phone for about a week and I really like. I keep the cordless handset in the same room as the base, so the reception is great.This is a very basic phone but there are some handy features that are missing: You cannot plug a headset into the base (though a speakerphone is available). It is just what I was looking for - inexpensive with a corded desk phone. It was easy to set up and works fine. There is no speakerphone on the cordless handset (though you can use a headset). There are only 10 speed dials.Also for your information, during a power outage you can use the handset of the base but the speakerphone, answer machine, and all other functions are disabled.
This was a gift for our daughter, but we have used this same phone system for over a year & are very satisfied. The audio quality is excellent & the range for the cordless phone lets me use it in our detached garage 150 feet from the base. I'm very pleased & would recommend it.
So far so good. I just recently purchase and feel It's really too soon to give a review. So the five star rating applies to delivery and one month usuage.
